The only complaint I could have is the parking. The resort is on top of a steep hill and parking spaces are limited. The hotel is nicely appointed and a step up from a normal motel.  With the Casino just steps away it will give you choices for your night. I highly recommend the Prescott Resort.

My Wife and I stayed a couple weeks ago. It was a nice place, the people were friendly and we really enjoyed our room. We were on the top floor of the hotel and it made for a nice view off our balcony. We enjoyed having the casino right there!  We got a drink from the bar and sat out on the patio. It was just what we needed. Thank you to the staff at Prescott Resort And Conference center!!

Service is slow. Very quiet. Nice Lobby and Views of Prescott and Thumb Butte. Rooms are adequately and semi modern with very small TVS. Very few easy to access  electrical outlets.

When I first arrived I was excited for the wedding I was attending. I needed to get up to my room and take a quick shower before preparing for the big night out. Once I arrived in my room I found there were no towels to be found anywhere. I called down to the front desk and asked for some to be delivered. As I waited and watched the time tick by I realized I would no longer have time to shower before I left. I got dressed and left for the wedding a little displeased. When I returned later that night I thought I would try out the casino. I ordered 1 shot from the bar and played a couple of slots. I lost $100, no big deal. Then I went back to the bar to order another drink. The bar tender said no hard liquor, I could only have beer. I was very upset, said to the lady "are you serious? You are cutting me off after one shot from 15 minutes ago!". I have never felt so mistreated by a casino bartender in my life. I do not recmmend this place at all if you are trying to relax and enjoy your night.

Had a pleasant stay here. The rooms were large and comfy. The service at the front desk was very nice and they offered fresh infused water while we waited. The indoor pool was a nice surprise for the kids as it was cold outside and they thought they weren't going to be able to swim. Even with the casino being busy parking wasn't a problem for us. The nice little balcony made it a wonderful place to sit and look over the valley below.
