I have been a regular customer of your store (10927 SW 40th St 33165) several years now , but due to a recent horrible occurrence I will no longer give EL Presidente my business. While exiting your supermarket after my purchase I absent mindlessly left my cellular phone in the shopping cart. I realized this about 10 minutes later and drove immediately back to the supermarket. I asked the cashier and the shopping cart attendant if they had seen the phone , to which they replied they did not. I then asked the cashier if I could borrow her cell so that I can call my cell and hear if it would ring somewhere in the store. She and all the other cashiers told me it was against store policy for employees to have a cell phone on them at work. I UNDERSTAND STORE POLICY but even the STORE MANAGER WOULD NOT PULL OUT A CELL PHONE SO I COULD CALL MY PHONE. I asked to use the store phone and was informed that the store phone was out of service!!! Meanwhile time is passing by and the chances for me to find my phone is slipping away.. I can not believe that the manager could not or would not produce a cell phone and help a frequent customer. And having the company phone out of order, if she were being honest of it REALLY being broken, is such a liability. What if an employee or a customer needed to reach an ambulance or police due to an accident or emergency!!! Thank God that another customer offered to loan me their phone, and because of that call I was able to hear my phone ring in the shopping cart I left my phone in. Thank You EL PRESIDENTE FOR YOUR TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE,,I will return the favor by NEVER returning!!
