We just moved into our new home a week ago.  The Park is very quiet and clean kept. Management is amazing and you can tell Phil really loves his job and the community. I would recommend this park to anyone who is looking to buy a home.

Of the trailer parks I have visited, this one is in a nice area with a good school district.  Well maintained and they even have a pool for summer use

Have lived here four years. Follow the rules, keep your place up and you'll have no problems. Have found most people that complain about it here have other issues going on, or couldn't follow the rules.

Very responsive, will work with you. Phil is awesome, you get a pool and they really go out of their way to keep up with the property!! nice people and if you mind your own its a great place to live!

Water turned off multiple times very strict would not recommend going there poor customer service
