Ordered online, paid, and went to the store at 0745pm to pickup. The kid in the store told me and a door dash driver trying to pick up her order that the store was closed because he wasn’t scheduled to work until 9. We explained our orders had already been paid for. He said he still wouldn’t give us our orders and stated I’d have to contact corporate customer service for a refund. I explained that there would be no way for me to verify that I had not picked up my order when the store wasn’t supposed to close until nine. I asked him for the managers contact information so I could make sure the issue was handled. He said he would go and get it, locked the door, and proceeded to close out his till over the course of about 10 minutes. When the delivery driver and I both knocked on the door again he looked up at us and said “we’re closed.” I once again asked him for the managers contact information and he waved me off and said “we are closed.” Then he and his friend who were both in the store at the same time began laughing at me when I asked him for his name and title and told him that I would be speaking to the corporate office and his manager. Absolutely horrible experience at this location. I will be following up with a manager in the morning.
Hakeem helped me get exactly what I needed after a rough week. He labeled his suggestions for the morning & evening wellness shots. Much appreciated. Will be back.
This location has a constant issue with their Acai Machine. It is always broken and or the Acai is too frozen. Understaffed and definitely needs some retraining on customer service skills.
The staff was super nice and patient. I was in and out quickly but there was a guy in front of me who was very specific about the size of his order. He requested only 2 berries on his freeze and one piece of pineapple. They were very respectful of this mans order despite how absurd it was, meanwhile I was laughing. SUPER NICE STAFF WITH A GREAT ATTITUDE.
Their frozen dessert is delicious for me. It is as good as ice cream on a hot day. They have 3 toppings for $1 I like the almond butter and the dark chocolate with fresh blueberries.
prompt service, little line, fantastic ice cream. the raspberry sorbet is to die for, as well as the mint and lavender ice cream. turkish sweets are available for purchase, and sizes vary. would 100% recommend!!!
Great spot. The service was awesome and the workers were very knowledgeable about the juices and not only that you can sample as well. They have a great rewards program to get your juice a little cheaper.
Severely understaffed! Also I’ve been here twice when the guy said both machines were broken and he didn’t know how to fix them. Another time where there was a 20 min que and only one employee. You need better staffing. And she kept helping s Postmates order and ignoring customers.
Love pressed juice and especially the freeze, but it always takes longer than expected. Sometimes it's people taking forever to order, but often the staff works slowly and could be more efficient.
Great location that also serves their delicious freeze froyo like soft serve. Staff is quite friendly and helpful as well and parking is usually available in a dedicated lot just next door.
