You are our customer, not the insurance company. We do not compromise the quality of the repair to save money for the insurance company, and will install only new, original equipment parts unless you, the vehicle owner, have requested otherwise. If an insurance company tells you they’ve had “problems” with Prestige Auto Body, they’re probably right, because we negotiate vigorously to be sure the proper procedures, parts, and materials are included in your insurance claim.

Our commitment to the consumer and protecting his or her rights extends beyond repairing damaged vehicles, and includes offering assessment of the Diminished Value (DV) that occurs on any damaged vehicle regardless of how well repaired, and offering consulting and expert witness services.
