When you become a member the level of service goes down the drain. You have to come with your own dry cloth to go behind them or go to another carwash.

Went for the platinum full service wash and I'm so upset. They used the same towels from wiping down the exterior to clean my interior. I went in my car and found dirt by my dashboard and on my leather seats so I asked them for a towel and cleaned it myself. Also they say they clean the windows inside but I still had water marks on my windows both ways. They are such in a rush that the things that count are bypassed. Don't bother with this place. You won't like the results.

This was the first time I been here. It's was very busy place today being so nice out in October,  , but I took my car and my wife to get two quick details which cost us $90.00 bucks,. They could of done a better job. I understand the worker are very tired and get a a lot of bad complaints. But they need to be more friendly and tried to do a better job on the vehicle with details, 90.00 buck is a lot of money to spend. The hood on my wife car wasn't clean from bird dropping, we had to ask the people to redo the wheels, 
My car the back window wasn't clean, plus some dirt needed to be clean off. The jams on both car needed to be clean. Plus a better job vacuuming in the car.
