Lynn has done an amazing job!  The quality of thier work is excellent.   If you want to, just call them and they can show you what they have done.  I recommend them to everyone looking to build.

Building a new home on an undeveloped lot is a daunting task at best.  The key is finding the right building team.  Prestige Custom Homes was one of the three custom builders recommended by our trusted lawyer who handles a ton of local closings here in North Myrtle Beach.  All three could point us to comparable finished houses. What set Prestige apart from their competitors was something they called "value added engineering".  

Their subcontractor list is short as Prestige uses the same subs for the majority of their builds.  That allows them to have leverage with the subs in meeting deadlines and pricing as well as the quality of the finished work (value added).  All materials were top notch and used promptly to minimize damage on the work site (value added).  Allowances for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc. were clearly identified during the budget development process along references to representative suppliers.  We were able to determine where we would like to upgrade and use our sourcing directly if preferable.  No last minute sticker shock (value added).  Likewise,  there were no change order charges for things that came up during the building process.  Only the actual cost of labor & materials were passed along (value added). 

I could go on but I think you get the idea.  Be sure to have these guys on your short list of potential contractors for your next house build/remodel project.  You'll be glad you did!!!
