I got my first laser hair removal today ! I couldn't belive how good and easy it was . I dind't wait for my treatment .. The techinician was super friendly . I can't wait to do my next session .

What a terrible experience.  I cried my heart out today. Prestige has the worst customer service of all time. The technician screamed and embarrassed me in front of my baby and other customers because she wanted me to pay for not showing up to an appointment i knew nothing about... i never got a call and never got an email...  i even called them and left  voicemails trying to find out the date of my appointment but never got a call back... 😔 I initially found out about them on Groupon's when I called to ask about their guarantee on laser hair removal.  The owner told me to pay them direct and that he will give me a free laser hair removal session . Therefore I paid them directly. This was the biggest mistake I could have made. Long story short "don't do this"! they will steal your money and not give you the service they promise. When i tried to cancel the remaining sessions and get a refund because of there terrible customer service, they told me that if i cancel, i  will have to pay them regular price. 45$ per session. Meaning that after the 3 session I've had i will be owing them money because the Groupon price i payed was 89$. I am basically forced to do the laser hair removal with them or pay them back. Smh When i told them that i will review them based on my experience online they advised me that if i put a picture of them on this review they will sue me!

Great staff. Always willing to help you. Bilingual. I have not finish my laser treatment but It looks is going to be great. To treat handicaps person is not recommended because their spa bed is high
