I use them because they are close to where I live. I do like the mobile app feature they have, where you receive a text from them letting you know how far away the cab is. Only downside, a lot of them don't speak or understand English and the one who answers the calls isn't the most polite. As another person said, he will hang up on you before you finish and you have to assume he heard you because he does not confirm much for you. And my suggestion for paying the fee is, take the trip one or two times to your destination, and ask how much each time, but stick with the lowest price for the same destination in the future and don't bother asking the driver. Just hand him the money and leave. If you don't know Spanish, chances are they can't argue with you anyway.

LITERALLY the worst ran taxi company i've ever had the displeasure of using. I only use them because they are close to my home but no longer. Everytime i call, i have to talk to the rude dispatcher who won't even let me finish my sentence before hanging up on me. I have to call multiple times some days just to get a damn cab......and that if they show up after 45 mins. Prices change constantly. Drivers can't seem to come to a consensus and charge $15-$20 per trip. Its a different number everytime. I can call an hour ahead and they will still take there sweet time to get to me as if i don't have anywhere to be at. Extremely inconsiderate, inconsistent, and rude over all. You guys are lucky to be getting 1 star from me when you deserve  ZERO!!! Will never be using their service again until they get it together and learn customer service.

I received a text confirming the ride. Driver arrived on time and drove me to my destination safely, nice clean ride. bilingual in English & Spanish

Driver was on time, super ⏏ gentlemanly and spoke English as his first language so he understood where I was going. Other taxi places didn't speak a lick!!! And he was hilarious I def will use them again, and ask for the same driver!

They charged us 5$  more then confirmed quote.   It was 30$ instead of 25$ for 17 minute drive.  So there went his tip
