AVOID!!! Today is April 13. Presto has been holding my shipment like a hostage since they came to pick it up from my home on March 28. I moved to Texas, and when I booked them (and PAID IN FULL), I was told numerous times by different staff members at Presto that Texas is such a regular rout for them, I should receive my shipment in no time. It's been two weeks, and I'm still unable to fully function here waiting for my boxes that includes my work desk and files among other items I need for my work. This is not the only reason they have earned a one star from me. On the day they came to pick up the shipment from my house, they gave me a window between 11am and 1pm. They didn't show up until 7PM that day. I was operating on such a tight schedule, that 7 hours delay really messed up my day. They didn't leave my house before 9:30pm. I chose not to make a big deal out of it back then, even though the staff member who came to my house for the pick up (I think his name was Carlos), kept blaming this 7 hour delay on his other customers, who he had to service that same day before me. I wanted to give Presto the benefit of the doubt, so I said nothing. After such a loooong wait time for my shipment to arrive, I contacted Presto for an update, as this has really started to affect my work here in Texas. Their answer indicated that they still haven't shipped my items from LA after TWO WEEKS. I was so upset to hear this, and that's when I pointed out their incompetency, and reminded them of how they made me wait 7 hours, messed up my entire day back then to pick up my shipment on March 28, only to hear that my stuff are STILL in LA today on April 13!!! How great is that? In addition, Daniel sent me an email response doubting my story of the 7 hour delay on the day of the pick up, and basically telling me that I'm lucky for not dealing with the worst company in this industry. WOW! What an unprofessional response! If all of the above doesn't make you the worst in your industry, I don't know what would.

For all the negative things that people say about moving companies I have to say I am very impressed with Prestos business ethic! From the first call they made to me, the offered me to come out to my home to give me a binding price. Henry came out, provided me with excellent information about his service and others in the industry. The movers were all very nice, handled my belongings with care and were very efficient. Henry mentioned the possibility of a shuttle service that might be needed in DC where I was moving, the driver made an extra effort to get as close as possible and charge for the long haul less than half of what the shuttle would have been. I really appreciate the Presto Teams efforts!!

Fast and professional. We were so nervous about our belongings making it all the way from San Diego to Texas, but nothing was broken or lost and the movers were extremely kind and thoughtful throughout the whole process. Moved everything upstairs and were very careful when handling our things, even when they weren't breakable. We are so grateful to have found this company and saved so much money over other companies or if we had tried to rent a truck ourselves. Thank you Presto Logistics!!

Beyond words what a miserable experience dealing with this company ended up being. The industry in general unbelievably poor, made a lot of promises, failed at all of them, missed delivery date promised when they took my money "they aim to accommodate customers needs' by a month had to sleep on the floor of my apartment. And when they unloaded on the other end they hired probably a very difficult to understand, foreign Russian accent, just below low. Got smart tried to extort more money then went to drive off, they made him finally unload. Pouring rain and they was an unload covered option tore my cover on my mattress and got it filthy and left outside in pouring rain, soaked(ruined/mold issues and dirt) and didn't mention it until I noticed and felt it when it was placed on the bed they assembled, oh, open the windows to let it dry. Put two short legs screwed on the couch from what should have gone on the matching leather chair, did same on the chair, obvious lean to left, a two year old could have figured that one out. UNBELIEVABLE, destroyed mattress and after a miserably drawn out claims process no kidding 6 months later offered $64.00 then wanted me to pay for the stamp and have notorized, Almost cost me more for mailing and photos of the damaged . Sent to PRESTO LOGISTICS, ALL A BIG SCAM DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOR DO NOT HIRE THEM, hire only a reputable national well know moving company. I moved across country from a storage unit, but I think they would be equally poor for a local move. Sincerely, very dissatisfied customer. PATHETIC EXPERIENCE, beyond miserable.

Google expressed that moving with Presto was pretty easy. I like the fact that they were able to move everything in one shot one truck no hassle and no extra workers and overtime charges. I moved locally before and the price is went up more than I could afford. Luckily press the logistics was honest enough to explain all the charges to me from the beginning so that I could make a knowledgeable decision. The hard work showed as my furniture was offloaded from the truck in my new place. Good service!
