The food is decent but for some reason I always end up with at least one strange fragment of…something in my mouth that I feel compelled to spit out. Anyone else have this issue? Lmk thx

Good Customer Service. Their soups is creamy, flavorful and good portion- the best soups. Their Coffee is super Strong and the Cup was half way.

Good soup but the Thanksgiving sandwich was front loaded and had spinach on it. Who serves spinach at Thanksgiving?

Pret website and Google maps say that it opens at 6:30 AM on weekdays, but the notice on the front door says that it opens at 7:00 AM. Waited outside until 7:05, and still it wasn’t. Three employees inside were all chatting among themselves, looking at the phone with no care in the world, and didn’t bother.

Very kind staff and fresh products. There are good healthy options for drink and to eat. The establishment is clean and looks well maintained. Good for a coffee and a quick bite or to have a sandwich.

I just bought at the shop at 50 and 8th Manhattan a bowl of lentils soup to take home and at home I open it and I found mold. Uneatable. Nobody answers to the phone.
