It's like a London store right in Washington, sandwiches taste like they were European, ment in good sense. Their bread is amazing and various fresh options just Pret A Manger = ready to eat. We enjoyed vegetarian and vegan sandwiches. Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian and vegan sandwiches, fruit cups, fruity breakfast cups with granola.
Very well run place. The staff is friendly and efficient. Food is absolutely delicious and freshly made. Coffee is hot. The restaurant is very clean and it's easy to see why. The staff never seems to have an idle moment. If there are not customers in front of them they are cleaning, straightening, or refilling. Bathrooms clean and internet available. Very convenient from metro.
Was there for the first time on a layover. Splurged a bit on their lobster roll and it did not disappoint. At $17.00 still a good deal compared to Seattle or Boston. Also had a tomato soup that really tasted fresh and not out of the can. The coffee was very good as well. They even offered free grapefruit juice to diners. To make the dining experience even better, the staff was so friendly. This place checked all the boxes for me.
Overprice but it’s downtown DC what do you expect? Ignore all the reviews about bad attitudes. Everyone here has been nice to me and I’ve been coming for a year. Just some Boujee moody people coming in through that door. Stay blessed Pret !Food: 5/5
This is such a cute nice coffee shop. Everything is fresh, made during the day, and organic. Pastries are always warm, and they contribute to feed the hungry.
No WiFi. Must be a DC theme. Not all food is out at open. Interesting since I observed the district manager there meeting with the store manager. They also say ‘Good Morning’ rather aggressively.
Good coffee, large is really very large - 180z! Nice cozy decors and great location!
Attention is 10/10 from the Latina ladies. They make a great experience. Coffee is delicately served and the croissants and something from outer worldFood: 5/5
Very over priced... I had to stop there on the go today to get something to drink really quick when I got off at Farragut west station and 13 Oz lemonade was $6.05... That is outrageous... I only bought it because I was rushing to work but NEVER again.
Blanca the manager or whomever she is is very rude ! I work across the street my staff always gets coffee or breakfast from them. So I decided to check them out and was told to ask for her she would be nice because of where I worked ! Which was a horrible idea I got 2 drinks she came with one and asked if I had 3 drinks I told her no I only have 2, She begin to scream at me, her cashier told her no I only had 2 but she went on to say “that’s what I asked you! That’s what I asked you!” Repeatedly which was very uncalled For.. Blanca should do better with her delivery when speaking to guest! I’ve been in this business as well for over ten years. She should tone it down a bit it’s coffee for crying out loud. Utterly ridiculous! One time only will not be going back!
