I have been coming to them for the past 6 months, every two weeks to do my nails and eyebrows. I am extremely meticulous about how I like my nails and eyebrows and I have never found a place who did them right until I found them. I decided to give them a review because I have been treated very nice, they deserve it and now they are like family to me. BUT, when I open the page to review, I am amazed at how people have so much time for nothing productive and such bad energy to talk bad about such amazing, hard working and quality people. Everyone is entitled to their opinions but sometimes I wonder what's inside their rotten minds and souls, if you have nothing nice to say, then don't say it at all. These rotten people don't understand that when you say bad comments about ANY business it hurts the business. I wonder if these girls have so much hate inside them, lack of love or  affection or maybe they are just sick in their heads. Honestly if you don't like a certain business because you are entitled, rude, uneducated, no manners and ghetto then DO NOT go to that business. ANY business. Simple. If you have something bad to say, go get a journal and write your feelings or read a book and expand your mind, maybe it will help you become a better human being. Either way, I recommend them 100% ONLY to those who are respectful, kind and educated, and know how to be part of a supportive community. Otherwise STAY at home and do it yourself. :)

I bought a gift certificate for my wife's birthday, the girl in the front was very informative and helpful. After my wife came back from her spa day, I could see that she was really happy, she told me that they took her time, they were very friendly, the establishment was clean and that she would like to return. 5 stars and recommending this business.

This was my first time visiting this salon and I always support local businesses. On my lunch break I usually walk past this place and see no one being serviced so I figured I'd stop by on my off day for a Mani/pedi, lash lift, and brow shaping. I was excited to try a new local salon. I told the young lady what I was looking for and she was very underwhelmed to have a potential regular client. She asked me which "one" I wanted I proceeded to ask if there was a menu I could look over. I'm assuming that there isn't because she just went into saying in an extremely monotone voice " there's one that just a cut and color and one with the cuticle cut"... That's LITERALLY all she told me. I know I probably looked quite perplexed then as I'm about to ask another question she cuts me off and says "and you have to make an appointment anyway" 

Now I can understand having to make an appointment but the salon was dead and it's 2pm on a Tuesday. This girl was very rude and off-putting I wasn't greeted she didn't smile once and obviously didn't care to put in the smallest effort for a new customer. 

Really the only thing the salon has going from them is it looks clean. But if you want client retention you have to have quality customer service. I was ready to spend my money here but was swiftly rejected. 

Guess I'll keep my business here at ProNails. They really do have THE BEST pedicure in the Norcross area.

I was there for 3 1/2 hours to get something I got done at the walmart salon for less than an hour. I do not think the older lady there knew what she was doing. My nails came off after exactly 3 days. Do not recommend this place at all.

I made an appointment with Natasha after checking out the Instagram pictures of eyebrow design, gel manicure, and eyelash extension.

Natasha is really sweet, super friendly and really tries to do her best to make her customers happy. I wasn't convinced in what colors I should choose, so she made sure to show me all the pictures of different colors and designs. 

Andrea did my eyebrows, she took her time with the actual design on my eyebrows, she's meticulous and her work looks absolutely amazing.

I'm so happy with how fantastic my nails and eyebrows look, I can't stop looking at them!

I'll definitely be going back to see them again when these grow out :).
