I got there at 8pm and they had no pretzel even though they close at 9pm. The staff were just laughing and looking at us, we were never greated or asked what we wanted. When I went up to them to ask for a phone number so I can contact the manager they all said they don't have a phone number. After that a guy came and he said they have a phone but they don't know the phone number. They all just said to look it up online. Very rude people and made fun of other customers! I don't recommend going there. If you want a pretzel go to Auntie Anne's!
