If they had 0 stars, I would have chosen that. Terrible at property management. Please save yourself time and money and go with someone else. Listed my house with them and the tenants destroyed it. I asked for information on walk-throughs or tenant contacts, and they couldn't provide it. Roaches were infesting the property, microwave and stove were burned from a fire, floors were ruined, 7 dead mice in the sink that had been there a while, and that's just the beginning. After the tenants didn't pay for 3 months, we went forward with eviction. Had to pay $8,000 out of pocket and spend a month away from my family to repair it back to normal. Would have been closer to $20,000 if I hired a professional. Tenant hasn't paid for damages and now Price and Associates is asking for more money to speak with a lawyer to have their wages garnished. I'm normally not a negative person, but choosing them as a property manager has been one of the worst experiences of my life.

The office staff seem very professional, and they are always as helpful; however, I would not recommend this realtor company to ANYONE! Very poor property management! My agent is Seth Price, and he could care less about the properties (well, at least the one I currently rent) he manages. I basically get blown off all the time, and get delayed with most issues I have regarding my rental. Very cheap and VERY poor quality renovations. They just like to screw you out of your money. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache of dealing with this company, or at least Seth. I definitely will not be renewing my lease with this company!

These folks took plenty out for fees but didn't bother to manage or maintain anything. Didn't collect rent or do proper walk-throughs even when I requested them. They let a bad tenant pile people into a house too small for that many folks. By the time I got my house back it was destroyed! Flea and rodent infested, water leaks, filthy, and vandalized. Don't trust them with your property. It will cost you thousands.

Same story as the others. They were the property management company used by my slum load. I would love to post pictures! Weeping basement. Mold. They don't care. Just want to make money. Rude. Don't uphold the lease. Do yourself a favor and stay away from price and associates.
