Subway is awful! I understand the franchisee invested into this business to solely make $ but its not the first time I got screwed from one of their "signature deals". Went in to buy their 6 dollar steak and cheese that's nationally advertised. When told they didn't have enough 'steak' to make a foot long I asked do I still get a deal for the 6 inch. Was told yes. I should asked the amount but after it was made it came to $5.55. Like really? I woulda told her to take a hike even though its not her fault but I go to pride every morning for coffee so I sucked it up and payed. Your better off going down the street a mile there are 3 different places you can pay 4 dollars more and get a loaded foot long grinder

Tonight I stopped at a Pride on Gratton st. next to rt.33 in Chicopee.  While in the store the man who was helping me noticed my finger was bleeding.  Although just a small cut, he immediately me was there with antiseptic wash and a Band-aid.  It was around 7pm 1/22/14.  I didn't catch his name but like to thank him for the help I'd never get in any other convenience store.  Please give kudos to this man if you know who he is.  Thank you.
