I went there with my 3month old baby, they were supposed to close at 8.30pm but due to high patient volume they stopped accepting patients earlier, when I approached the reception the nurse asked me what my concerns are and told me based on the severity we might be able to take you in, she was really helpful, as it was a long wait I had to nurse my baby so she helped me by arranging a room within the clinic.

The doctor we met also excellent, she was patient, friendly, knowledgeable. She took time to understand our concerns and patiently explained what are the causes and solution for those. She was very gentle with the baby, knew her ways around to distract her so that she could do checkup easily. 

Overall it was a great experience, a great team ready to help.

I was there with my 6-year-old with ear pain, it was cold and I showed up 2 hours before closing time and they turn me away....I said it's 2 hours before closing but they didn't listen. 
That is wrong and unethical, the doctor doesn't have guts to say this with a straight face so he told the receptionist to turn us away....very very bad experience, I will never go there again.

The wait time was really long, but the doctors are very friendly and informative.

Showed up an hour before closing ... there was 2 patients in the waiting room and I was turned away along with my 4 month old baby! AWFUL EXPERIENCE!... Who denies a child health care!!!!!
