Checked in at 4:20- in the waiting room by 5:20 it's now 7:30 and I'm still waiting for the doctor for a REFERAL ! Unbelievable.. don't even bother checking in online they still let walk-ins in before me. Morrison walk-in is so much faster and better doctors- definitely learned my lesson.. AGAIN.

Dr Signh is completely trash. His team is filled with grumpy POS that don't know how to deal with patients. Every time I book an online appointment I end up waiting for atleast two freaking hours. This guy doesn't know how to take his clients and will rush through everything without giving a complete assessment... Im surprised he's still in practice for doing what he does. He once got into a fight with my father who was angry after having to waste 3 hours in his office. I would not recommend this guy to anyone not even random strangers on the street. ONE OF THE WORST DOCTORS IN NIAGARA. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY ON THIS STUPID DOCTOR. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD GIVE IT TO THIS PLACE!

Stay away from Dr Singh!!! Listen, in the past 5 yrs I've needed to see a Dr twice because I needed a referral for my compression socks as requested by my insurance company and the chiropractor. This so called Dr was honestly one of the rudest guy I have ever met. I was sitting there in shock as this guy was venting and screaming at me. I thought I was on a hidden camera show, that's how bad it was. The poor staff who has to listen to him as he screams at patients! I even told him I was reluctant to come to the clinic as my past experience was similar and his response was, "why did you come then?".....I responded by saying because you gave me a referral last time with the same abuse. After leaving the office, I started to think, there was a time where i thought the government was to blame for our poor health care system, but I now realize they are not the only one to blame, its so called Dr's like Mr Singh that hurt our system. I sure hope that he DOES NOT BILL the government for my visit. (I will be contacting Tim Windsor to make sure we Canadians will not be billed for his so called service). What this Mr Singh needs is a referral to seek help with anger management, and people skills.......be funny if he was denied the referral. The College of Physicians and Surgeons Canada will be notified as well and lets hope they re-screen this goof! After reading your response, I now realize why I wasn't the only one with negative reviews on this specific Dr. I'm not sure what notes you read because he didn't take any, he couldn't have because he slammed his clipboard on the table next to me. Dr Singh has you all brainwashed! You all appear to be satisfied because he is bringing in the money. Compression Stockings was what I required.....2 yrs ago, Dr Singh with his arrogant attitude did indeed give me a prescription to see a chiropractor for compression stockings at that time! The best of luck to you Mr Tim Windsor with your many excuses you will need for this Dr Singh, as I found a Dr that cares for his patients and not money. One last thing, Mr Windsor, keep in mind that people in general have much more better things to do in life then take the time to write a review about a specific Dr. If you already had to respond to a handful of people about this Dr Singh, that should really tell you something.

register online, wait an hour at home and then another hour at the clinic!!! also, register my granddaughter, then myself, then my son - they get called and then 2 others that came in after me, not me till I said I drove them to which I cancelled my appointment!! baby is 5 days old - she'll be hungry soon. i cant hold them up. they treat people different, not sure what I did wrong to deserve that treatment but so obvious to me now - walkin clinic next time!

they just keep getting worse and worse... register for appointment, wait for time it says to be there for and still wait 1.5 hours to be seen. why the heck do they even have online registration??!
