WELCOME to the official Prime Community Park Facebook page.
The Prime Community Park started with a simple desire; to create a special place for the community to enjoy a tranquil respite from their busy lives.
Over a relatively quick period of time and utilizing the undeveloped portion of our property in Fayetteville, we created a unique natural shaded area that is now The Prime Community Park, also, affectionately called the Secret Garden. Take a quiet stroll down our paths and enjoy a colorful ensemble of hand selected flowers and shrubs (be sure to come back often as we have tried to use a variety of plants and it will look very different during the various seasons). Our park is a perfect spot to enjoy a good book or let the kids play and enjoy our old-time swing or bring a snack and sit at the "rock table". In addition, our garden connection with the Episcopal Church of the Nativity features many trails all around the church. Make sure you follow the mile-long, winding path to the center of the new labyrinth. Whatever your mood is when you arrive, you will leave refreshed and inspired by taking a moment to enjoy all that nature has to offer.
The Prime Community Park is open from 8 AM to 10 PM 7 days a week and is free to the community. It is located at the corner of GA Hwy 92 South and Antioch Road in Fayetteville, GA. Please call 770-471-8888 with any questions.
Alfred and Jolene Dingler, and Karl and Tammy Thomason have dedicated the Prime Community Park to their children, Aaron, Abby, Amy, Anna, Ashlee, Avery, Seth and all the families of our community.

Directions from Atlanta: I-75 S to Exit 238B and follow the signs for GA-85 S, follow GA-85 S approx. 12 miles to S. Jeff Davis Dr., turn left and continue straight for approx. 3 miles and we are on the right. If you are using a GPS, it is probably best to put in 108 Antioch Road in Fayetteville as this is more accurate than using Hwy 92. It is located just outside of the Fayette Square headed south towards Griffin on Hwy 92. We are at the corner of Hwy 92 South and Antioch Road, next to Harp’s Crossing Baptist Church.
