Don't know why I had to go here...insurance interfering possibly. !st, order went to Dallas office after I talked with someone in this office. Makes no sense. Been 30 days and no one knows where my results are; now, wrong fax number. Have talked to 4 different ppl from this office and today I get the right answer and that the fax went thru while I was on the phone. Front office leaves much to be desired. And they asked me to look up info and make phone calls. Insult to injury. Wake up America...customer service should be a natural thing.

my appt. was 2:15 by 4:00 I was on my way home. Very friendly staff no problems.

I didn't like it, they make my apoinment at 8:30 am and they called me at 10:30 am, 2 hours siting on the wating room cause the radiologist was late, I hope she have sleeped well!!! This is not a charity clinic, they charge good money and people espect for good service, they should have better organization.

Honestly if I could give them negative stars I would. I had to go here because I needed a brain MRI quickly. When it comes to brain issues and looking for tumors you want it done as quickly as possible. They over charged me by $400, (would be $600 if I didn't get a new debit card by the time of my 3rd payment). I checked my insurance to see the claim out of curiousity. Imagine my surprise when it said I owed $40 out of pocket. When I called them they said ohh you did have an over payment of $440. (This is 6 weeks after my 3rd payment didn't go through and I talked to billing and I mentioned my payment should have been $40. He said he'd call me back by COB, that never happened) I'm confident had I not checked out of my own initiative I would never have been contacted about an over payment. They have multiple BBB complaints about billing issues. Now it'll take up to 6 weeks for a refund. Ohh, to top it off the doctor never even sent her findings of my MRI to my doctor, so my doctor had to look for results himself.
