Our party of 20 was well taken care of on all levels. When I made the reservation I said as long as we were close to each other I would leave it to their discretion. Not only did they seat us all at the same table, but the wait staff for drinks, meal service and busing were very attentive and efficient. Our waiter Francesco took care of everything, including our three birthday ladies with an extra effort of cake with candles. The buffet offered a nice variety and the prime rib was delicious. The added bonus was the "dinner and a show" offer. With the purchase of our dinner, we could also buy discounted movie theater tickets to use within 72 hours. The 72-hour window was wonderful because we could go the next day after our meetings were over. Our reservation was for 5:00 p.m. on a Monday night and we were pleasantly surprised at how well everything went. Thank you; we will be back.

Food was very low quality. I had a salad, mashed potatoes and gravy, prime rib followed by cheesecake. Salad was ok. Mashed potatoes were instant and quite bad. Prime rib's flavor was off like it had been sitting in the warmer for a couple days. Cheesecake was dry and had been left out way too long. I left after paying because nothing was worth having seconds of and that decision turned to be a good thing. I only had a mild case of food poisoning and didn't need medical attention. Anyway you spend $20.00, have mediocre food that may make you sick, so I would not suggest this place.

I would like to thank everybody there at the prime rib room for making our special night it was my husband and I and 20th anniversary and we had a remarkable time we would like to thank you all.

Well that was quite the experience. .... where do I begin? I guess my 1st tip would be to make a reservation, nowhere is it noted that is recommended. The staff was very unhelpful, after waiting in a non marked line for 20 minutes we were told we were in a reservation only line, then was promptly cut off by the rudest woman who "had a reservation " so we were unable to ask if it was a requirement or not or where to wait or how long the wait would be. We left after trying to make a reservation over the phone where they tried to give us hotel reservations not for the prime rib room, then put on hold to be told reservations weren't available for 2 hours, yet then was told by a staff member an hour wait if we stand around. Needless to say we left! Went to the steak house at tropicana where we were greeted and helped immediately.

Very friendly wait staff service every time I've been there. When they come to your table they ask if you want fish, or steak. Also, if you get steak they will ask how you like your steak done. Then, the guy with portable grill will make it right in front of you. As you wait, you can start eating the buffet bar which includes; a salad bar, daily selections of fresh vegetables, potato bar with all the toppings of your choice, and the desserts from regular to sugar-free. Great experience, and really great food.
