I had to get my bumper and hood painted So I looked around and this shop was in my area. so I came down got an estimate, prices were not to bad and the people were nice to. So I left my car for a couple of days and they painted it. When I came to pick up, the car it looked good, but couldn't really examine the work as it was getting dark, but I was happy it was painted. Next day I noticed they didn't remove the bumper to get a good solid coat of paint all around. Even with that I wasn't that upset and just shrugged if off. Fast forward 3 months later, I spot an air bubble in the paint on the bumper. Eventually after a week the paint started to chip away in different spots all around the bumper. So I came back to the shop and the guy there told me it was because I hit something that made my bumper crack and that was the result of all the chipping of the paint. Even if the bumper were to be cracked the paint shouldn't chip away like that, I've had cracked bumpers before and they never chipped away like this. The chips were in complete different areas of where the little crack was,the crack was on the way bottom where the clips get attached to to hold it in place and the the chips were everywhere. So I left and went to another shop to see what they thought about it, they told me that who ever painted the bumper never applied adhesion promoter which helps with the paint sticking to the bumper. Kind of a must when painting plastics but I guess these guys must of wanted to skip that step and save some time. Just don't go here, i know I won't after this.

I brought my car in for a front bumper replacement. The job was completed on time for a reasonable price with no hassle or surprises. They even cleaned the inside of my car while they were at it. I will definitely bring my car back to Primeau if I need another repair!

Primeaus has always been nothing short of amazing. Professional and friendly service. Anything from a simple nail in the tire to an oil change to major mechanical and/or body work - this is the place to go !
