Great spot for a great hoagie. The meat is fresh and the staff is friendly. The store is clean as well. Join the perks club for great deals. Stopped by on a run to Philly. Great hoagie. Oh yeah, try the mud pudding.

This was my first time at this location. I normally visit the south Philadelphia location but was near this one. The hoagie for some reason made me sick. I ask for no tomato and I got tomato. The hoagie was also not as big as south Philadelphia location. Never again. I'll stick to south Philadelphia location.

I called at 12:45pm on 2/4/18 to order a hoagie to enjoy during the Super Bowl. I placed my order with name and phone number and was advised there was a one hour wait. OK - I get it - They're busy on Super Bowl Sunday. I arrived an hour later and was told they had no record of my order !  I waited another 15 minutes while they made my hoagie and watched numerous other customers come in to pick up 6-8-10 hoagies at a time and I finally got it.....my single hoagie order simply wasn't important to them and meant nothing. This was my second disappointment with Primo Hoagies on the same day (I'd called another location to place my order and gotten an answering machine !!! ). This review is probably an additional waste of my time, since I doubt anyone at Primo will bother to read it. Truly pathetic ! There are a thousand other hoagie shops in the Philly area....I don't need Primo Hoagies - they need me !!!

I'm ordering online so I don't have to stand in a long line listening to people deciding if they want pickles on their sandwich or not. Total waste of my time. When your store takes online orders it maybe good customer service to ASK once in a while if anyone is picking up instead of making everyone stand in line.
