Primo's Italian Bistro is serving up southern Italian classics with northern Italian specialties. Come check us out!

Story

At Primos, we make all of our sauces, pastas and desserts from scratch at the restaurant. We use only organic, free-range chicken and milk-fed veal. Each dish is carefully prepared to order. We also cater!

We provide a great atmosphere with a beautiful sandstone wall, large fish tank, and burgundy table cloths.

This was truly a delightful surprise. The four of us all agreed it was probably the best Italian food we had experienced in many years. Great service friendly people would highly recommend.

This restaurant came up on our GPS and Italian sounded good. Lucky us. They are dog friendly and water was even served to our service dog on the patio where we enjoyed our meal. Food and service was excellent. We marked it as a favorite. The next time we visit we will stop in for another meal.

This is the second time we ordered here. The first time has good. This time the chicken was kinda funky? We called and the had no problem exchanging the order for something else. I understand things can go wrong sometimes and that's ok. It's better when they fix the problem without giving you one. Good food and great service!

Came here for my birthday. Chris was our server, he was very attentive and always checked in on us and refilled our water. The thing that was disappointing was my lasagna, (what I was SOOO EXCITED for) the flavor was fabulous but I only got like 4x4 inch noodles. The noodles were basically non existent in the dish. Will come back again, but will keep my fingers crossed for more noodles.

Ambiance is just ok. Maybe being from Sonoma County, I'm a little spoiled? I stood at the "Please wait to be seated" sign for about 7-8 minutes before anyone noticed me. Picked up a fettucini order for 2 to-go, which included only one bread stick. Total was $25. Flavor was there but value wasn't for the price. Disappointed. Will try the other Italian places in SLT to see how they compare.
