It's now 12:46am on Aug 25 2016. There's road maintenance happening on Branch Ave/Route 5 in Clinton Md. Sounds like a full construction zone. It would have been nice if the public was warned this was going to happen so that we could make sleeping arrangements else where. Hey highway maintenance people, get a clue!!

I realize that often people post their negative experiences with services and neglect to post very many positive ones. My experience today with a customer rep named Nikki at 'The Bus' PG County Transit System was excellent. She greeted me and told me her name and asked for my name as well, and she treated me with genuine courtesy throughout our conversation. Nikki listened to my concerns and and she answered my questions and concerns to my satisfaction. Throughout our conversation, I felt like she was legitimately focused on helping me. Sometimes, the simple things really do matter when it comes to quality customer care. Kudos to Nikki for doing an excellent job, and please keep up the good work!!!

Great snow removal service from PGCDPWT. They are always reliable in my community (WIndbrook). I live off windbrook drive and piscataway. Thank you PGCDPWT!

Re: snow removal on March 6, 2015, I have been living on Dottie Kelly Ct. in Forestville for over 14 years and have not good experience when it comes to snow removal in my development. Last Friday, the young lady that came to the circle to assist with the snow, did such a great job, she is to be commended! not only did she moved all that snow, she unblocked everyone's driveway! the other snow plowers move snow and it blocks vehicles in after everyone digs out. Keiana(sp) worked very hard to make sure we were not blocked in our driveways and was able to get out of our circle without a problem. We thank her for her effortless work that she put in. Thanks Keiana! hope to see you on the next snow!!
