They are a truly amazing establishment not just because of family-owned but their overall attention to detail attention to your needs it's beyond my expectations from a business. Over the past five years we've purchased six different items with 2 more that we just ordered at the moment. One of my favorite pieces from them was my engagement ring Lisa the owner was the one that attended my fiance and she is truly an amazing person I wanted a more expensive band because of the way it look but she convinced me to keep the one I had just because of the classic Sleek look of it and because the style of my other two rings that go along with my engagement ring. Her opinion is truly honest she could've easily agreed with me(more money for them) but that wasnt the case . They remember you and call you by your name and make you feel special honestly if I could give him 10 Stars I would but I can't but you get my drift. We will continue working with them for as long as we can thank you Princess Bride

A locally owned and operated location is always preferable to a chain store, in my opinion. That was what first drew me into the store with my wife. I was secretly looking for a new diamond engagement ring, since we couldn't afford one when we were first married 15 before. All I can say is "WOW". The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they work with you no matter what your budget. The only advice I can offer is to be honest. I'm sure you want to get the best jewelry for your money, and no one wants to visit a seller that tries to push you into more than you can handle. They treat you like family here. :) I've purchased 5 different pieces from them over the past 2 years, and each one was a steal, in my opinion. A Diamond ring, 2 precious stone rings, and 2 other items. They have a fantastic selection of rings, necklaces, earrings, etc. And they even have a jeweler in-house! I've dealt directly with the owner, as well as other staff, but Ashley is my primary Consultant. They know me by name, and I love the immediate and friendly service. I know this review seems biased, and I suppose it is. When you get service this nice, it's hard to go anywhere else. ~Nate Barber

Marie was delightful person to work with, and I just picked up Justin Alexander gown and it fits so perfectly. And it's one month earlier than the delivery date!!

My experience with Princess Bride Diamonds was exceptional! Lisa, the owner, is fabulous to work with and I love returning to the store just to see her and feel her positive energy! In addition to their gorgeous individually crafted jewelry designs, they offer a complimentary jewelry cleaning as often "as you wish" ;) I would give this store a 6 out of 5 stars! Thanks Lisa and team for everything!

I would recommend this place to anyone. Ashley was so friendly and personable and helpful. I brought my engagement ring in to be resized and I was happy with the quality and the turn around time (not too long; not so fast that I had suspicions about the quality). My engagement ring fits great now, and I am happy with the work they did. I will definitely be revisiting them in the future to shop for my fiance's ring.
