If I could rate less than one star I would. I checked the hours of operation TWICE before I went. I CALLED, no one answered (rang at LEAST 10 times). I went anyway, the hours posted on the door stated they are open until 6 pm on a Saturday- cool, since I showed up at 4:30. I walked in, saw each tech was just about finished with other customers, said hello, and was responded to in a rude tone, that wasn't English. Then I was told by a customer, "They're CLOSED." Excuse me?? It's barely 4:30 and everything posted says they close at 6. A woman walked in after me, was politely asked what she needed, was told to sign in and have a seat. What the ever loving...?!?? NEVER attempting to go here again. Rude staff.

Was very rough, while removing my nails she hurt me mulitple times & then laughed about it each time wasnt pleased at all she rushed right threw it then proceeded to try & down talk the place I orgnially got my nails done at.

Terrible terrible work! Workers barely speak english but as soon as you have a complaint, they have a side bar.
