Definitely an impressive collection in terms of variety and age. Seldom crowded at all; the tours usually mention and then skip past it, so it's a great place to duck into the air conditioning and out of the summer throngs. Also a good first-date spot, after you've strolled over and finished your treat from one of the local ice cream joints.

Kind of a "hidden gem"in terms of museums. Although obviously smaller than NYC museums (which are a different compare of course) the museum has an impression collection and is well laid out.

Have some cool stuff in the museum ... right now Chinese caligraphh and British drawings till end of the Fall. Do recommend and is free! Peace!

Small museum but it’s free! Lovely date idea for the artsy fartsy couples. Princeton in general is a great atmosphere. They have lockers for your drinks.

We've been here a number of times and it's always a great experience. The special exhibits are well presented and the museum is laid out for a smooth flow of traffic.
