Please do yourself a favor - See and SMELL the apartment you are going to sign up for instead of just viewing the model apartment.  It takes many months to rid of dog/cat and other odors.  It's good place to live once you look past the cons from below.  Also to note, looks like almost half of tenants have dogs.  So, if you have a dog and don't mind dogs, then this might be a good place for you.

Pros:  Big play field for kids, decent apartment size, friendly employees

Cons: Apartment carpets sheds like having 10 dogs.  Better get a good vacuum.  Refrigerator hums at night to put you to sleep.  Cheap finish.  Paper thin walls.  All the laughs and yawning from your neighbors might be entertaining or just plain boring.  Cannot move out between October and January and 6 months living required before lease break.

Lived here since they where built,   Wonderful place to live and  convenient to stores and restaurants.    Love the lay out of the complex and friendly neighbors.

I spent 2 years at these apartments and loved it!  The staff was amazing. Jennifer and Jeff (Jeff now transferred) and Kim, always smiles and assistance when we needed it.  I only left due to job change.  Miss it!
We had woods on both sides of corner apt, cathedral ceilings, huge soaking tub, much privacy-never needed to close our shades for our location.
We loved the mix of ages of people, from children to older adults and many ages in between.
Great seasonal gatherings throughout the year, with great food and wine and ability to meet neighbors.
Used the gym quite a lot.

We lived there short term while searching for our new home. I absolutely loved that laundry was in unit, the Doggie Park for our other family member and the staff was very accommodating. We felt at home.
