Prior Lake Asphalt did a great job. I worked for the Mankato Street Department as a college student and can relate to the effort and skill set needed to remove old asphalt and prep the base for the new surface. Prior lake was very fast and efficient. Their experience level became obvious as I watched them work well as a team. Weather delay was a small problem that they overcame by fitting my small job in between  their larger projects on a day with decent weather.

Do not use for Residential jobs! Commercial contractor that does not need or try to get local business at a fair price. Blacktop is blacktop and all comes from the same city suppliers for the same cost. Highest price by far for the cities - do your research. Owner was very rude and pretty much said take it or leave it. LEAVE IT!
