Pro Audio Boutique has given me the best customer service I have gotten in a long, long time. Above and beyond the advice in helping me find the right solution, they even pointed me to outside products, not just their own. I cannot recommend them strongly enough! I will always start with them for future audio advice. THIS is how you gain and keep customers. Bravo!

David's customer service is second to none. He spends the time to understand what you're looking for and explain how to get there. And if he doesn't have it, he will help you get it from someone else. I've worked with plenty of businesses in my time and his customer service is still something that impresses me every time we speak. If you tend to build long term relationships with your vendors, you'll be pleased to start one here.

Pro Audio Boutique is truly a company that in my opinion is one of a kind.  David Arnold's professionalism, knowledge, and honesty are all top notch.  He has wired the studio I am employed at from the ground up and without hesitation has constantly answered and fixed any technical issues we have come across well after his official job was complete.  He truly tries to work with his customers by meeting their needs within a logic budget and does not push them or up-sell them in any direction.  I honestly can say that it has been a pleasure working with David on all accounts and that anything that is recording/studio related I would never go to anybody else for questions or advice. Thank you David for everything you have done. You never hesitate to go above and beyond to make the job in the studio an easier one.

Pro Audio Boutique (David Arnold) just completed the installation of a 96-point patch bay in my home studio. Mr. Arnold provided a professional service in every aspect of the word. Each phone call and every email was returned very quickly. David’s installation of the patch bay was thoroughly discussed,
competently explained and proficiently conducted.  David arrived at my home in a timely manner and began his work immediately. Dave and I discussed and corrected my ProTools configuration and I/O windows. He provided me with custom labels for the patch bay connections. After installing the patch bay, David tested each and every input and output of the patch bay. He tested the patch bay while ensuring external cables and all outboard equipment was functional. It has been a long time since I have dealt with someone who displayed such pride in their performance. I have no reservations in giving him my highest recommendation.
