I can't even give them one star because their service and ethics are below that.  
For a BASIC service call they proceeded to:
1)Install a serpentine belt wrong and damage the air conditioning compressor clutch
2) Didn't finish a brake job (knowingly) but charged for it
3) During the brake job, they damaged the rear wheel bearing, which had to be replaced
4) They put standard ATF into a car that has a CVT (continuously Variable Transmission) which led to a $4,500 repair to REPLACE THE TRANSMISSION!  When this was brought to Chuck's attention, he laughed about it.  

WARNING:  STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!  THEY ARE COMPLETE HACKS AND WILL DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE.

Pro Auto Care is very respectful and does great quality work. They are reasonable and will work with you. Chuck is very knowledgeable all around. Would refer anyone to go see him. Lower prices then most.

Had a randomly occurring overheating issue, took it to two different places before Chuck's, both said they couldn't recreate the problem and charged 100$ diagnosis fee. Just describing the issue, Chuck told me exactly what it was and charged less to fix it than other places did to diagnose it. I've had my power steering done, exhaust fixed, front end brake work, cooling issues, and a few random other issues taken care off. To do all the work, I was charged barely more than another quote just to do my exhaust work. I was referred to Chuck by a friend, and despite being 20 minutes away, there won't be another mechanic to touch any of my vehicles. I strongly recommend this auto service, they are honest, do quality work, and are very efficient. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

Very unhappy had took my truck in because my power steering was leaking they had it for hours and cost me over 340.00 well my hose split now i have no powet steering i called the shop just to find out THEY WENT OUT OF BUSINESS

Lower prices than most, respectful and couteous. Also they will have your car ready if you bring it early.
