Went here for the first time today. Positives: the place is pretty big and they have a variety of washers and dryers. Regular sized, 40 and 50 pound washers and dryers, even ones for super fast drying. I thought the prices were reasonable. I paid $4.75 for a 40 pound washer and $2.25 for a regular washer. The dryers are 25 cents for 7 minutes. I set the dryers on high heat for 14 minutes and medium heat for 14 minutes, so a regular load of laundry will dry for less than $1.50. Also the staff is SUPER helpful. I saw them helping people several times even going as far as putting people's change and soap in the machines for them. Negatives: I was really bummed when I took my two loads out of the washers because they were covered in animal hair that was left from the person before me as I have no pets. Luckily the dryers sucked it all out of my clothes. In all honesty that was my mistake because I don't go to laundromats very often and I should have checked it before I put my clothes in. Also the machine that sells soap, fabric softener, etc was out of laundry soap, but in my opinion that is to be expected if people are coming in and out buying it all day long. I brought my own anyway. There are vending machines inside, television, lots of tables to fold clothes on, places to sit. There's also a public bathroom. I would definitely go back here.

Gotta give them a 4 star. Service is not what it used to be. Lots of new faces in the GB location seems to maybe be the problem. But, that being said, it's still the best pick in town.

Amazing!! when no one else in the area would help me with a short time frame for my husbands shirt to be dry cleaned Pro clean had no problem accommodating my limited time frame and they did it with a positive attitude. Thank you pro Cleaners you will always have my business!!

Both my daughter and myself took our gowns to Linda at Proclean for alterations. What we thought would be simple alternations became an utter disaster. My gown was basically cut with dull scissors at the bottom of which was a jagged mess, uneven and the lining too short. The beads on the dress had fallen off throughout the dress. When confronted Linda stated "I guess I should have used sharper scissors". Really??? She also stated the she should have used a roller to cut it. When asked why she didn't, she stated she didn't have that equipment. At one point she laughed about the situation as to where I had told her I found absolutely nothing funny about the situation. I did receive my money back after three visits, however, I had to drive 40 miles to pay for it to be fixed properly be someone else. My daughters dress was to be shortened, taken in and straps adjusted. She now can not zip the dress up all the way as it is way too tight and the straps which were to lay over her shoulders roll up over her shoulders because they are either too short or not attached at the proper angle. I am now paying to have the dress taken out 2-3 inches and straps readjusted to fit properly. I requested the owner of Pro Clean to call me three times. Not one phone call from him. Total disregard for taking responsibility of the poor quality of work from Linda. As a business owner, that's nothing more than being a coward. To top things off, when the manager tried pulling the info from the system to refund the alteration charge for my daughters dress the manager could not find it in the system by looking it up by name or phone number. The manager went in the back and had to pull the physical invoice and was able to find it that way. I know for a fact it was in there prior to anyone knowing the dress was an issue by telephone number because that's how I picked it up. Pretty shady! I have attached pictures so that everyone can be warned of the work that Linda does. No one should have to deal with the unprofessionalism, lack of concern or added stress of trying to get someone to fix the mess she made of two gowns. At no point did either the owner or Linda apologize for the inconvenience, the total lack of ability to alter two gowns or offer to pay for the alterations that are now needed to fix the dresses to be able to wear them. Be warned the owners of this location do not value their customers and if anyone considers to have alterations done by Linda you are making a huge mistake.

Manager is super nice and he knows how to run a business while at the same time be exceptionally kind!
