While the painting of the house was adequate, the owner of the company, Tom, has failed time and time again to follow up on items that he was contractually obligated to complete.  He took our money and made promises and has now reneged on his obligation.  We have learned our lesson.

We, unfortunately, recommended him to another family member, and it has been hassle after hassle with her, too.  Even though things are in writing, he is refusing to complete the job.
