These guys know their stuff. I act as the IT department for my company, and as such am very technologically savvy. However, when it comes to things that I cannot do, I absolutely trust Pro Computers to do it. They have repeatedly (and for a very reasonable price) fixed multiple Apple products for me that the Big A would no longer repair. I have no idea what all the negative reviews are talking about, as the customer service at the shop has been nothing but pleasant, courteous, and friendly. Don't hesitate going here! They are the best.

Pro Computers is the ONLY place we'll trust with our computers. They're busy, first come, first serve.  They're knowledgeable, provide honest assessments and repairs, and are very affordable. Chances are, if you have Windows 10 OS, sooner or later you're going to have to replace or repairs performed on your computer, go to Pro Computers!  They also sell  affordable refurbished computers and related components.

They have my daughter' shaming computer right now. Here's how it went.
Took it Wed b4 Labor Day. Says tomorrow will be fixed.
Returned Thur- not fixed
Called Fri. Will be ready on Tue as a part had to be ordered
Called Tue. Yes it's fixed. Picked up. Not fixed, so returned
Says it's a Windows10 issue, be ready Wed.
Returned Wed. Told got the " part" , be ready Thur.
Returned Thurs. Told be ready Fri
Returned Fri at 5:45. Told not ready, be ready in an hour.
Returned at 7:45. Still not ready. Owner snippy at me and lamenting about how so many college students have broken computers and there parents have swamped them. I asked out of curiosity about " the part" he had to order last Fri... and was " the part" he was adding the same " part" and if so, why would your associate tell me my laptop was fixed when it wasn't?! He told me yes, same part and she made s mistake.... but I'm not going to charge you... don't worry I'm going to work all night to fix your computer. It'll be done tonight or tomorrow morning. Welp in 20 minute it'll be noon. I'll go over and if it's not fixed I'm taking my computer and asking for my money back!!'
Retrieved laptop and fixed!! Apology made for delay. Apologies always fixes things. I'm satisfied. Just brought in another laptop!

Awesome service!  I was in a pinch and needed to have a wire repaired on my electronic portable light unit, which I use in surgery.  The company was backordered for a new cable, and wasn't due for a week.  That could've been a disaster, but they got the wire fixed overnight and I was up and going again in no time. Thanks Pro Computer and Team!

I hate going there. I am the closest neighbor to them; even though, there is this guy his name is chaveek, who is very nasty, big mouth and very arrogant. he has no thing to do with the technicality or logic, however,  he will talk trash about brands, about you sometimes, and how you bought such a product! or the way you used it!  you will feel so judged, under attack and helpless with this guy. I talked to him two times, both times he made me feel so frustrated(Can't say here how far frustrated though). I dealt with the owner of this place before, I hate him, for being so nice and so cooperative and such a great person enough to let this piece of garbage work for him.  I cant believe this guy chaveek telling me how dell is "trash" I can find their printers on Salvation Army for $1 or $2, and I didn't even tell him what is the problem yet, and then he is so rudely hang up the phone, without even listen what questions do I have, for him to decide if he can help or not. Only I said Dell printer, then he started talk trash about it, and how his DOD technical persons who work with him at night hate this brand and then hang up! what an ASS.
