Been there a couple of times and showed them a picture of how I want it cut and layers but just get a regular chop job! I won't be going back!!

I usually get my haircut somewhere else but I was pressed for time. I mean, how hard is it to cut a man's hair and trim his beard? 

Apparently it is. I was told "we don't trim beards here". I'm used to paying extra for a beard trim so paying a little extra is no issue for me but she flat out refused.  Now I have a crooked hair cut and will have to wait till Monday to fix it. 

Giving zero stars is not an option so I'll just give them the 1star.
