I’m reading these reviews and I don’t get it.. I have been here twice and have had great experiences. The staff is friendly and helpful. The doctor is busy but he was nice to me. As far as waiting, in any medical setting there are some delays. I anticipate this with any kind of appointment. However I was in an out of there on the last visit within an hour, getting 3 cavities filled. 
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is you do get the feeling of being on an assembly line. The dentist does his thing and then leaves. I get it though. 
In the staffs defense, I have to say this, going in with a good attitude and understanding they are busy, also realizing that this business has more than one customer(you).. might get you better results. Being short with them doesn’t get you anywhere forward. 
I’ll be going back for sure!

All of these people giving this office anything less than 5 stars is crazy! This is literally the best and most reliable dentist you can ask for. Emergency? They make accommodation.. reschedule.. they make accommodation. Hurts? They DO EVERYTHING in their power to help. I went to this dentist in pretty bad shape and now I have a confident smile thanks to the Dr. Nazir and the office manager Joy. You two have truely changed my life! Thank you for everything you do for all of us. You guys are amazing

When I went here about 2 years ago, I thought this guy was cool. He brought me in for a checkup. He told me I had a few cavities, and a couple weeks later, I got a filling. The very next week, he brought me to have 2 root canals and a filling, all in the same day. I have extreme anxiety, not much with dentists until I met with Dr. Nazir. I always got the nitrous oxide  when I would be having something like this. His hygienist put the mask on, then he put Novocaine in my gums, and when he was done, he started working on me. I was so confused because the week before, he waited until I felt numb. When we were almost done with the 1st tooth, I apparently was moving my tongue too much and he told me "to relax my tongue". HOW DO YOU RELAX YOUR TONGUE?! Then he said "I can't work like this" to the hygienist. WHAT KIND OF DENTIST DOES THAT?! When I got out of the office, I was crying and my mother vowed not to take me there again. Now that I have a broken tooth, we may have no choice but to go back to this office. I'm scared that they will tell me they'll have to pull it because I absolutely hate this man.

Worst dentist ever. He is very rushed and rude. He cares about the quanity, not the quality of his work. For you MA patients, please be warned, DO NOT CHOOSE DR NAZIR, YOU WILL REGRET IT. Please pass this on!! I will be filing a complaint with the county on this issue.
