I also have dealt with ProMed multiple times before. I found them to be extremely nice and helpful. I am unsure as to why "Jillian" had such a hard time with them unless she herself was rude or uncooperative. I have spoken to at least 4 different employees there including the owner and was treated extremely well. They are very accommodating and are willing to work with me on my balances.

I've delt with Promed once before and did not have much complaint about them, I spoke to a person (male) who was helpful and was completely nice. However this 2nd time I spoke to a female (who is the owner) who was a totally rude! She began yelling at me during the call, I started the call advising her that I had just recieved my statement that day and was going to pay it friday, she then began screaming at me and threating me, spoke over me everytime i tried talking.!  Horrible Horrible business practice. I understand they are  the billing department but they should NOT be treating people like this!
