Great service and great prices. Billy has changed thermostat and years later completely changed out the system. Date of replacement on system was July 2016. It's been running great and saving me $$ ever since! Thanks Billy!

I spent over $11,000 with this poor excuse of a company and replaced both of my ac units with nice new Amana units (which was the only good thing that came from this situation). Billy, the owner, is worse than a used car salesman and will tell you anything he needs to for him to get the big sale. They replaced both units and then broke one but kept pactching it and doing a half ass job on it but never actually fully fixing my new expensive unit. I told him after they installed my first unit, that it takes four hours to cool down from 74-70 degrees at 8pm at night. Billy responded with "Four hours!?! Shooooot, that's pretty good buddy!" Are you kidding me? Four hours starting at 8pm at night is supposed to be good? Give me the old "bad" unit back because it took 1.5. Billy and his company are an absolute joke and only hires drug using shady people. One guy used to come over to our house all of the time to "repair" the unit they broke but didn't tell me about and he's actually in prison for rape now. So yeah, don't mess with these people. Also, I called for a service appointment last year and they put me on a waiting list, I was "number four" on the list and it's now been 14 months and I'm still waiting on that service call.

I had a great experience with this company.  Always a pleasure working with owner and would like to have him install another new system for me.  Moved from previous home and need new units.

Be careful with these guys. Billy Flynn owner of  pro services a/c & heating is bad Business! They Installed an ac unit for me. But one of the workers feet fell through the ceiling. They Said they would pay for it but fall short. Excuse after excuse on why I still haven't received the repair. Now they just ignoring me hoping it will go away. So I now I'll be getting a lawyer involved in order to get my ceiling fixed.
