I have no problem with Pro-Tech as a company. I had my appointment with a guy named Donnie and he did a great job of explaining my equipment. My problem is with the lady they have working at the Shelbyville office, I have talked to her a few times on the phone and she is not the most friendly or helpful person to deal with, but this place is right down the road from my home. I called today with a question and got all attitude and no help, but then called the 1-800 number. The lady I spoke with was very nice and helpful and gave me the answers I needed. I had left a message with the Shelbyville branch so I called back to let them know I had resolved my problem... bad idea. Just more attitude from someone who's job is suppose to be customer service. I might just drive to the Columbia location to get my supplies from now on, they seemed very nice.
