I had a very bad back pain. It was a disc bulge in the lower back (L5-S1). I had been to Kaiser for the past 2 years and they recommended physiotherapy. However, the physiotherapy in Kaiser did not work and my pain actually worsened. It was then I approached Dr. Nupur and I have been going to her since then. I have seen a huge improvement in my back and I am recovering. Previously I was not able to do any kind of regular house/office work with this excruciating pain. Now, I see a great change in me. I still visit Dr.Nupur and her/her team's treatment is so pleasant and satisfactory that I feel a great sense of relief in my back. Dr.Nupur approaches the body as a whole and tries to get the source of the problem. She listens to the patients with great perseverance. The receptionist at the frontdesk is also so helpful and there is no problem with getting appointments at any point of time. Her teammate, Khela is so dear to the patients and takes care of everyone personally with great affection. Dr.Nupur's treating style is completely different. The doctor-patient relationship is so pleasing which almost cures half the physical problem. I strongly recommend Dr. Nupur for any kind of health issues involving physical therapy.

Nupur and team are outstanding! Nupur is so highly skilled in her field. She’s able to quickly and correctly diagnose the root cause of pain and create a multifaceted plan to get you back to feeling your best. I would highly recommend Pro Active Physical Therapy!

I went here for an Auto Injury in neck. Nupur was best in analyzing my injury/situation, counseling and explaining the problem and treatment to me. My day to day movements (including driving) came out with lesser restrictions after every session. I always felt comfortable and in "best hands". The result was very much noticeable. Her staff is very well trained, humble and extremely supportive. They won't let you do incorrect posture. I would highly recommend Pro-Active Physical Therapy. It's location is pretty convenient at Sunnyvale near Costco.

Outstanding in every way. I came in the door unable to stand upright or walk after herniating a disc in my lower back; I was treated with great care, attention, and respect. Within days, I started feeling better and was able to return to work within a week. I continued coming for another 2 months during my rehabilitation, and today I am feeling better than ever, with a routine I can do at home now to prevent future injury. The staff here was amazing. Friendly, attentive, and completely in-tune with my body (and the emotional roller-coaster that is rehab). They understood my goals - to return to a level of high physical activity & exercise - and were able to deliver me to the finish line. In addition, the staff was very communicative with my insurance provider, making the entire process easy and affordable for me. 100% satisfied customer, and I could not more strongly recommend Pro-Active Physical Therapy to anyone in pain and searching for a non-medicated solution.

I have been at ProActive Physical Therapy for couple of ailments and Nupur has treated me for my neck, back and ankle problems. She has a great understanding human physiology and am always amazed at how quickly and correctly she diagnoses the root cause of stresses and pain. Her experience shows in her treatment and every time I have had the injury I felt much better within first few sessions of the therapy. I am a big believer of physical therapy and Nupur is surely one of the best practitioner around. Highly Recommended!
