Just finished a 6 week challenge and I lost 21.4# meeting my 20# challenge goal! They give you all you need to meet your goals...meal plan, great workouts, support and encouragement.  It is HARD work but so worth it! 

The workouts are challenging and can be easily modified for any fitness level.  As a physical therapist, I was impressed by their ability to modify exercises for different injuries and/or correct technique to decrease risk of injury during workout.  

Great experience and would highly recommend!

I just love this place.  I love that the workouts are done in a class, everyone is doing the same workout.   There is a coach or two conducting every class.  All skill levels are welcome, and exercises are modified based on your needs.  Highly recommend!

The trainers here are great and they will work with any need you have. The facility is always very clean.  The equipment is well taken care of and always ready for use.

Best experience of my life. I've enjoyed every step of the way. The 6 week challenge was tough, but also rewarding! The team is definitely motivating, encouraging and hold you accountable. I wouldn't be where I am today with 21.4 lbs down and a healthier me if it wasn't for Probodies Fitness Tomball!

I recently did the 6 week challenge at ProBodies and absolutely loved it.  I would not be on my way to living a healthy more fit lifestyle without the amazing coaches and staff at this gym.
