My wife and I purchased an above ground pool from Pro-Care pools.  One, the quality way exceeded normal above ground installations.  First they leveled the site using top-notch equipment and a special laser leveling system.  Second, they took time and care with each piece so as not to damage anything.  Then they put in a space-age bottom/flooring that feels like heaven when you step on it.  Here's the really cool part:  We had only contracted a pool to be installed with pump and cover, but the way our land sits, we get a heap of water off of the side of our neighbors hills and topography.  This run-off would have eventually eroded the foundation-base of our pool.  Zach, the owner, decides to put in for the longevity of our investment, AT NO EXTRA CHARGE, a complete french drain system around the pool with 4" corrugated flexible drain pipe, and then back-fills it with gravel that he bought, delivered, and then installed.  The pool exceeded our expectations, and is a very luxurious addition to our home.  In summertime it gets used every day, and we have the privacy and convenience of our own family pool.  You can't go wrong with Pro-Care Pools.

First phone call I was looking for a part for my pump. Zach was in the area of my home and just decided to stop at the house to take a look at it free of charge! He answered every question I had and even told me the problem which turns out to be something other then we thought! First experience was really good!

ProCare Pools has done a wonderful job building our above ground pool, the owner and his staff were very professional and efficient. I would recommend their services to anyone.

As my dad, Gary, has written...Pro Care has provided a less than professional pool. The couping stones look horrible, for a professional business to have installed. I personally witnessed non professional behavior on their part. I can vouch that there is not any remaining balance owed, as the amount to fix the job they provided far outweighs what was billed. In addition, I can't help but feel as if my parents were taken advantage of, as the mistakes were not fixed- and because they are genuine and nice to everyone I would not recommend this company to my enemy! Lots and lots of headaches since my family hired them!

Edit: there are receipts paid in full, for any customer wanting proof. Not sure how to post them here. 
Zach, give it up. You did my parents dirty- own it. Anybody wanting to see this pool can obviously see the horrible job done. What balance are you speaking of? Seriously? The building you constructed wasn't even safe! 😳

Think twice about doing business with this company it has been a total nightmare for me very unprofessional!!!!!!!!!
