They had a new guy there (I believe his name was dave) gave me a great cut and a lineup. Normally I see Steph, and wasn't sure if this guy would be up to snuff, sure nuff, he was. Left a generous tip, and I'll be back again. Thanks for the cut dave, it's still looking sharp

Pro cuts lack people skill when making an apointment

I have never had such a terrible experience at a salon. Nor have I ever had to stop someone mid cut. My stylist Karen was more interested in talking to her coworkers than listening to what I wanted. Repeatedly made mistake after mistake the entire visit.

Strike one* I walked in asking for a small trim and explained that I was growing my hair out for my upcoming wedding. Specifically that I wanted "as little cut of as possible." The stylist I was directed to cut off almost 3 inches in some areas! (And to get this corrected I'm gonna have to lose more.) My hair grows about a half inch a month, so even without the correction I lost more than 6 months of growth.

As soon as I saw how much she was cutting I told it that was not what I asked for, but was told with an attitude  "well it looks better this way" as an excuse as to why. She also said she only "cut off a half inch" when I repeated myself. My  hair was at he lowest part of my shoulder blades and is now barely past my neck. Obviously she can't uncut it so I just let her continue.

Strike 2*
I have bangs and said I wanted them trimmed. She cut one side of then and started trying to dry it-I had to ask her to stop and cut the other one. One of my bangs was literally mid cheek and the other at eye level. The excuse this time? "You have cowlick there, so I did that on purpose." It took me asking her and having her recut it 3 times to get it somewhere near even. 

Strike 3*

I asked her to flip out the bottom but to go inward with the top layers while blow drying my hair. She did one side only flipped out and up and I once again said "I didn't ask for that" and requested she correct it. Her reply was "well I already dried that all and your hair naturally goes out that way. You have cowlick." And proceeded to leave that side untouched I asked her to correct-and style the opposite side flipped completely inward. 

I walked out of this salon looking like a mess and paid almost $50 for it. I will have to go to another salon to try and fix the cut because-surprise! The cut is completely uneven and not at all what I asked for. I've already let my family know that's in the area to avoid the place,  and I hope this review will spare a few people from the same experience. I bypassed the bad reviews despite reading tangent beforehand and it was a terrible mistake on my part. I will NEVER be going to any procuts again of this how they treat customers.
