We are so pleased with the service we received from Professional Irrigation Systems.  From the beginning, they were very responsive and quick to install our system.  We have a very large and difficult yard (read steep hill) and the team worked hard and got it done in an afternoon.  Great customer service; would definitely recommend them to friends and family!

Called Pro Irrigation on a Monday and they scheduled their visit for Tuesday morning.  I requested a repair to a crack in the PVC pipe section of the backflow valve.  The young man arrived early, was very courteous,  answered all of my questions, and provided a thorough explanation for the service.  I highly recommend this company to others and plan on using them again for all irrigation service/maintenance needs.

For the first time since I've used your company I honestly felt your customer service needed improvement. I dread thinking of what my water bill will be since the back flow unit was leaking and must have been while I was on vacation for a week.

But after Chris the tech checked everything out and was so considerate and kept his cool while I ranted a little while, I've changed my mind. He is the reason I won't be looking for another company.

I totally realize how busy you are but I went days with no response on call backs.

Please let Chris know that I totally appreciate his service today.

The service I received was excellent and this is the only company I will use in the future for servicing my irrigation system. The technician, Gaig, was knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all my questions, offered recommendations to improve my system, and gave thorough explanations as to why he made those recommendations.
