 I highly recommend professional property management without reservations. I have utilized them for the last ten years and my experience with Gene Smith, the Owner has been very pleasant. He is professional, honest, patient and has a very positive attitude. He is very prompt at returning my phone calls and e-mails. He is very considerate of tenants/owners requests and needs and attempts to have both parties satisfied. Anytime there is a challenge he goes extra miles to represent our interests to the end. I often recommend gene's services to other people and virtually every one have been impressed with his professionalism. He is very helpful in referring me to other companies and providing other useful advice. He is a bona fide professional, always courteous reasonable and gracious. And how can I forget his secretary Melissa. She's such a sweetheart, always smiling and eager to help. God Bless Them Both!

The name of their business should just be property management because they are in no way professional. I have tried to get in touch with the business numerous times for rentals and get brushed off every time. I've emailed them, used their website (contact form) & called. No responses to any of the emails (I have checked my spam often) and no calls back. When I called I asked about a specific rental they had listed they told me I would have to be pre-screened before I could look at it. I said ok lets do it, only to be met with "someone will have to call you back". Days of waiting, I tried calling again and no one to return my call again. If you look at other sites that have reviews, you will see much more horrific things they have done and appear to be just a sketch business with little to no care about their clients. I would almost understand if I had called or emailed and not been polite but as a small business owner myself I know how to treat people with courtesy and respect and this company will not do that for you. Bottom line they don't deserve your business or to even be in business.
