Reviews

I want to share my personal experience, because I feel all the negative reviews can't do it justice here. I read all the negative reviews online (Google, Yelp) and had major concerns prior to signing up for the Real Estate Class. I had couples of schools to choose from, so I called each one of them. All the school eventually gave me all the answers in a very polite manner, but PSB was exceptional. I wasn't on hold for long time to get answers (happened with other school), and each time I was connected to the person in charge, who can answer and address all my concerns right away. (I called multiple times). I then signed up because its location, flexibility, class incentives and friendly helpful staffs. I got the class with "the teacher with accent" (as other review mentioned). She is experienced and knowledgeable in real estate, she is  truly wonderful, her class was never boring, hours went by fast (boring class is also one of my concerns) I felt I have learned so much more than textbook in her class. To end my long review, I passed my state exam within 3 weeks of finishing the class. I just hope "the teacher with accent" will still be teaching there when I go back for other license.

Wasted money coming here. The teacher had a strong accent and was completely disorganized when teaching the course. When I attended the school in May 2016, their website stated that you were able to take refresher courses free of charge. Today when I called they told me  I would have to re take the course in order to take the test again. False advertisement and poor organization. So much for "Professional."  I would not recommend.

I went to this school, came from Nigeria still struggling with American accent, but with determination and focusness of mind I passed both the school and state exams as real estate salesperson and Broker once. I will recommend the school anytime. From experience if a student dwells on his teacher's accent he or she already planned his or her failure.  Right after this school I proceeded to Rutgers, The state University I got my Master in Public Administration, this is a dude from Nigeria,  people need to stop using accent as an excuse.

Wasted money due to teacher not speaking English well. Great management otherwise. Pleasure to work with. Seemed understanding in the matter.

Great experience here with knowledgeable and helpful instructors.  Each has their own unique instructional style, so if you don't like one style, you have an option to take a course with a different timing and teacher.  We've sent a couple of our Real Estate Group team members here as well.
