I have been a loyal customer since 2014, getting a pedicure about every 3 weeks. Unfortunately, the store has recently changed managers. I have had a few interactions with the new manager and all of them have been appalling. I brought my niece in for her very first pedicure. We made the appointment a month in advance and arrived 10 minutes before they opened. The technician scheduled to do my niece's pedicure was already working on someone else (how is that possible when they haven’t opened yet). My niece waited about 10 minutes while my tech worked on my pedicure. The manager came over and offered to start my niece’s pedicure and I said no that we would wait. He got mad and walked away. Then came back and started arguing with my nail technician. It was SO uncomfortable! After my niece’s nail tech was done with the other person, the manager sent the tech over to help someone else instead, leaving my niece to wait even longer! My niece is young and shy and I knew that having a man do her pedicure would make her uncomfortable. Declining his offer to start her pedicure had nothing to do with him or his skill level, but everything to do with my niece and her level of enjoyment. After waiting almost an hour, another tech came over and did the fastest pedicure I have ever seen. She was done in less than 10 minutes! I decided to give this place one more chance and went in this last weekend with another niece. Again, I made the appointment in advance before coming in. My niece waited over 20 minutes before someone came over to do her pedicure. The technician asked if she also wanted a manicure and my niece said yes. The manager came over about halfway through our pedicure and started yelling at both technicians. You could see that they were shaken by whatever he said. They both started physically shaking and rushing our pedicures. He asked me if someone else could do my niece’s nails instead. I asked if there was a problem and he said “no, no problem”, and walked away. But the damage had already been done. The tech’s were so shaken that they did a terrible job and rushed to finish. If the owner reads this, I would like you to know that your employees and your customers deserve better than what your new manager is capable of. He is mean, cruel, and vindictive. No one deserves to be treated in this manner or feel that they can’t speak up for themselves. To scare your employees into submission is not the way to run a successful company. You have already lost many technicians and customers because of this new manager. Let’s hope he doesn’t run you out of business before the year is over. I won’t be returning, at least not while the current manager is there.

I have been to this location quite a few times over the past couple years, and I have been disappointed the last few experiences. I always get a shellac manicure, but it never seems to last more than four days. My last visit, just a week and a half ago, I called right when they opened to see if they could schedule me for a shellac manicure and pedicure that afternoon. I showed up five minutes early, picked my color and was in the chair in less than a few minutes. Of course they really wanted me to get the organic/all natural pedicure that costed $50 or so, but I chose the classic. Unfortunately, the very next day half of all the polish on my toes had peeled off. I was going on vacation that same day and wanted my toes to look nice wearing sandals. That didn't work out very well for me! I wanted to call and tell them about this, but I honestly don't find the re-do pedicure worth my time. They aren't to friendly around there anymore.

Cece nail tech was great! Clean and beautiful atmosphere, very relaxing. I'll be back.

I went in today to have my shellac nails removed that I've had on for 2-3 months and were done elsewhere. The guy spent about 45 minutes soaking, filing, and cutting. He was gentle and nice, but kept commenting about how annoyed he was and sucking his teeth. I realize this is not an ideal service, but they could have just turned me away. He kept making the comment about how he can make $50 in that amount of time versus $10, so I gave him $20. I appreciate him helping me but I will never return.

Anna was very nice and did exactly what I asked of her. Minus the few times she filed my skin instead of my toenails, it was awesome. They were extremely busy on mothers day, but they still saw me and my daughter right away and the quality was still good. I would recommend.
