I'm not one to post reviews regularly, although I felt compelled after having my house painted from Progressive.  From the moment that the engagement started, the sales rep (Billy) was extremely courteous and went above and my expectations to provided a highly competitive quote within minutes.  He also explained that the company could start the house preparations and being the job within same week.  Within a day, Progressive was onsite prepping the house for the job.  Billy came back onsite to assist with the color selection and talk me through the house painting process.  Overall, Progressive completed the job within two days with no issues with overspray, no issues with missing any spots and all repairs that needed to be made were done without issue.  To comment on the crew, every single person who was involved was highly courteous and checked in with me along each step to make sure that I was happy with their progress.  As they came close to completion, they asked me to do a walk-through with them to make sure that the work was to my satisfaction.  

Not only did Progressive do a highly professional job but their customer service was beyond any company which I received an estimate from.  And their customer service continued throughout the entire engagement, which for me, is the most important part of doing business with a company.  

Because of this, I've already recommended Progressive to some of my friends who are looking to have their house painted and would recommend the same for anyone who is looking to do the same.
