Wonderful first experience! The staff are friendly, professional, & all around great. Awesome amenities & clean environment. Shout out to Maria & Brooke for being so awesome & patient when my child got restless. They definitely deserve a medal for that alone. Maria is a great hygienist. I'll definitely be back :)

Awesome experience! Brook my hygienist was awesome and made me feel extremely comfortable. I also had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Greg Ayers the owner. Dr. Henley was amazing as well he checked for things that I’d never been for checked before. I highly recommend ProGrin.

Very rude, dishonest and non-responsive to customers. My daughter needed her wisdom teeth removed and they quoted us a price at her cleaning appointment. They called constantly to set an appointment. When I told them I needed time to get the funds together, they offered a 10% discount to come in on short notice and another 5% if I would pay cash. I was also told it would be even less because this was the highest price based on worst case scenario. They stated it would likely be a couple of hundred less because of the pricing being the highest possible. I agreed and we were supposed to be called in January for a same-day or next-day appointment. My daughter called in February and they said they were not aware of what the previous women discussed and it's not possible to change these fees. It's amazing you would call over and over and then not honor what we were told. Shame on you guys!

I had Maria as my hygienist and I LOVED her. She’s one of those gorgeous on the outside as well as the inside kind of people. Made my experience feel as though I was just catching up with a friend!

I have never had a more pleasant experience in my life. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcome and happy. The staff is excellent!! My hygenist was Brooke and I cannot say enough great things about her professionalism and her attitude. Such a sweet, outgoing personality! I was given a comfort menu at check-in and received my choices of a knee pillow, neck pillow and lavender towel!! Wow. Dr. Shirley was filling in today and he was such a lively, happy man! Great story teller, outgoing and made me feel really comfortable. I will refer everyone I know to this dental group. Fresh baked cookies at 8am..... with coffee.... I don't know how anyone could compete. LOVE PROGRIN!
